Due to the limited nature and collectibility of limited edition prints, returns are not available.Nevertheless, if your print is damaged during shipping and handling, we offer the option of a replacement. 

We limit shipping to Canada and the United States because shipping rates get complicated. But we want you to have this cool stuff too! So if you would like to inquire about postage to your country and understand that you are taking responsibility for the piece if anything happens to it, please do send us an email to joss@jossmonzon.com and we'll get you sorted out! 

Any additional charges, such as import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the print price and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct and as much information is provided. Your delivery will need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is home or provide an alternate address where someone can accept your delivery within business hours. PO Boxes are not recommended as a delivery destination. 

Editions are usually dispatched from the showroom within 7 -10 business days. We will contact you if we anticipate any delivery or protracted delay. International delivery time-frame is based upon location. Delays would only occur where editions need signing or reprinting.
